Top Valley chefs pitch in for 'Flavors of Phoenix' benefit for Liver Foundation

The 22nd Annual Flavors of Phoenix presented by Mayo Clinic will host the state’s premier chefs and palate pleasing plates on Thursday, May 23, at 6:00 p.m. at The Westin Kierland Resort and Spa, 6902 East Greenway Parkway, Scottsdale.

Thirty four of Arizona’s premier chefs will gather for a night of delectable gourmet food, elaborate table décor, fine wine, and all for a great cause. Each featured chef will have his or her own table of 12 and will add their personal, unique flare to it by providing linens, flowers, theme-related objects, and other items.

Each setting will also include a cooking station where the chefs will prepare food in front of the gala’s guests who will enjoy a five course meal with wine. The guests will have the opportunity to interact with the chefs and learn tips from the experts themselves. The cost to attend the event is $375 per person, or $4,500 for a table of 12.

The 34 chefs are led by co-chairmen Chef Christopher Gross, Christopher’s Restaurant and Crush Lounge, Chef Michael DeMaria, M Catering by Michael’s and Chef Christopher Masco, The Westin Kierland Resort and Spa.
